Keepsake Collection - Custom Bridal Robes & Heirloom Accessories

The Process
Contact Stephanie with an image of the gown/lace you would like to use. From there she will help determine the best way to incorporate it onto her signature satin robe. You can also click here to view the list of embellishment options and pricing. Generally, 2-3 embellishments are selected to best highlight the beauty of the materials.
If you live in the Ottawa area, Stephanie will coordinate a pick up/drop off of the heirloom gown at a convenient central location. If you are ordering online, she will provide a mailing address where you can ship the garment or portions of the garment. A brief video consultation may be arranged for those out of town to assist with this part of the process.
Next Steps
Back at her studio, Stephanie will carefully remove sections of lace to be refashioned into appliqué for the customized robe. Sometimes extremely delicate vintage or heavily beaded lace can require additional processing time. Once she sees the original materials in person and begins to deconstruct the elements, she will immediately inform you if additional labour surcharges may be required and if there are any possible alternatives or adjustments which will require your approval.
Timeline
Please allow a minimum of 45 days from the receipt of materials for the creation, completion, and delivery of your order. Since many bridesmaids and family members choose to present the Keepsake Bridal Robe for a wedding shower or bachelorette night, be sure that your order is placed early so the bride receives her gorgeous gift in time for the special event.
