About The Designer

Stephanie Davis is an experienced and talented couturiere who has been designing ready-to-wear and one-of-a-kind gowns for women for over 20 years. She is formally trained with two D.E.C degrees, one in Fashion Design and the other in Fashion Marketing. She also holds a B.A. in Humanistic Studies from McGill University.

Stephanie has worked for Montreal theatres, les Grands Ballets Canadiens, private clients and sub-contracts for Cirque Du Soleil through Shumidesign. In addition, she was principle in-house designer, creating custom dresses for customers at Boutique de Mariage Punta Chiara in Kirkland for seven years then for Norde Bridal for three years. Stephanie’s varied training and experience has helped her to develop and hone certain skills which set her apart in the industry.  

In 2023, Stephanie launch Fancy Pants - a natural evolution of her work that reflects the changing landscape of formalwear and highlights her commitment to high level of workmanship and versatility, with garments designed to last both in style and in quality.
